Insurance Protection Is Enough ?

Protection - Our Natural Instinct
保护下一代是我们的自然本能

" Almost all animals protect their young from dangers "

An interesting example is the Cichlid fish ( One of which is the common Tilapia ).
Both the male and female take turns to protect their eggs with their fins from above
so as to increase oxygen flow for better egg development and to prevent fungal spores from growing on them. They also eat the unfertilized eggs to prevent contamination for the healthy ones. After the young hatch, the parent continue to care for and protect them. When there is a threat from a predator , they will suck the young into their mouth until the danger is over. Such wonderful devotion!

As Parent, your too would protect your children, For example, you may purchase insurance so that in case something happens to you while they are young, there will at least be cash to provide for their needs, If you have taken insurance, chances are, you may think that you have done enough in providing security to your loved ones by nominating them as your beneficiaries in your insurance policies. THINK AGAIN.

Are your loved ones completely protected when you nominate them as beneficiaries in your insurance policies ? Is that actually enough ? You may want to consider :

* If your spouse is the sole beneficiaries to your insurance policy, what happen to the insurance proceeds upon your spouse passing ?

* If your young children are the beneficiaries, who should claim the insurance proceeds for them in the event both you and your spouse are unable to ?

* Are your beneficiaries mature enough to handle large sum of money from your insurance policy benefits ?

*Is there someone competent enough to assist the beneficiaries ?

THINK IT OVER AND OVER AGAIN.....

YOU CAN PREVENT THESE PROBLEMS WHEN YOU CREATE AN INSURANCE TRUST.CALL ME FOR APPOINTMENT. I PROVIDE FREE CONSULTATION AND NO OBLIGATION.

Frozen Assets and Solution

Whenever I asked the people around me do you have your Will and Trust set up? Many will reply me I do not have assets and I don't need a Will or Trust. This is a terribly wrong statement.

EVERYONE HAS ASSETS , IT IS ONLY THE MATTER OF HOW MUCH IT'S WORTH....

In fact, most of us owned the asset especially in this modern world now. Can I ask do you have a house ? Do you have a car ? Do you have EPF ? Do you have saving account, Do you have unit trusts fund ? Do you have share stocks ? Do you have FD saving? Do you have Insurance Policy ? I believe most of the people will have the items mentioned. These are the basic assets that most of us will have. I'm not talking about the value here. Some people may have more than one house or shop office or car.

There are two type of assets, Movable and Immovable assets. Movable assets are all your cash like saving/current account, FD account, Share stocks and Unit Trust fund...Immovable assets are Houses, Shoplots, Land titles...etc.

Do you know that when someone has passed away all his/her assets will be FROZEN ?
None of the parties in the family ( Spouse,Children,Parents,Dependants) can inherit the properties and cash.  This is the rules act and everything has to be followed Court Order to distribute the assets according to Assets Distribution ACT 1958 the process will take 2-6 years or even longer. Still, there are many detail procedures to comply in the process of unfrozen the assets.

UNLOCK YOUR FROZEN ASSETS WITH A WILL.

The only way to speed up the work and reduce the process time is to use your Will to unlock the frozen assets.

You can avoid this long process by writing a will, It is just simple work that you need to do now. If you really love your family and do not want them to suffer during the misfortune time, please consider to give me a call. I'm more willing to share in details.

Will Writting Is No Longer A TABOO

Some people still think writing a will is Taboo. As to what they belief that writing will is the last wishes and this will bring death to the one who set up the will.
What a superstitious way of thinking in this modern time.

I have met a couple two days ago and I began sharing the important of Will Writing and setting up a Trust to give a complete protection in their financial planning. They have coverage with good insurance policy, earning high income per month, good saving in the EPF, personal saving ,FD deposit and invest in several unit trust fund. They owned a semi detached house and owned two cars. They both have four schooling children to take care off.

As I begin to share, the husband was not showing interest but not the wife. The husband was kept rejecting my words that I explained and he even said that he don't need to write will at all because all his EPF and Insurance policy already nominated with their spouse and children name respectively. when I raised another question what if all your beneficiaries do not have the luck to inherit the benefits or what if the whole family meet with most unfortunate situation then where the money will go to ? Who will be your substitute beneficiaries to inherit ? I continued to ask what if the bread winner died and yet the Insurance proceed could not paid out immediately to the below age children and who will suffer then ? Of course the living spouse will suffer. He did not said a word but just keeping quite to my questions.

PROTECT YOUR FAMILY WITH A WILL TODAY

I did not managed to convince the husband as he had answered me with one short reply " I don't want to write will because I still want to live with my family, It is a Taboo to write Will"

Too bad...His mind has tied down with the taboo because of his belief the bad fortune will fall on him once he set up will. I know, many people having the same problem like this. Because of the Taboo, you cannot complete your personal financial plan into more perfect way. Your loved one will suffer on the day of the misfortune come to you. I would wish that this husband and many of you will open up your mind to think further because will&trust can really help your loved one to live without suffering in any misfortune circumstances.

REMEMBER Taboo Cannot Protect Your Family ONLY Will & Trust CAN !

Malaysia Estate Planning

The reason for me to start up Estate Planning business is because I have realized that 95% of our fellow Malaysian do not practice will writing in their life.(Including myself ).We would have think that we are well protected by the Insurance that we have purchased. We just thought that we have done a great job for our loves one by nominating their names in the policy. They will be paid in case of misfortune.

Many are even think that the EPF nominees are secured and the properties that owned by them will automatically inherit to their spouse, children or family members. This is a terribly wrong mistake. I understand that many of us lacking of the knowledge and do not know the laws and acts under our Malaysia Government Acts 1958 and this is the results of a huge sum of unclaimed assets in our country.

I'M  WILLING TO SHARE THE KNOWLEDGE.......

I want to help our fellow Malaysian friend especially in Melaka.I want to share the knowledge of this and educate them to know the important of setting up a WILL during their life time so to enable the assets owned by them either be movable or immovable assets can be distributed to the beneficiaries according to their wishes without having their loves one going through the COMPLICATED AND LONG process.

DO YOU KNOW THAT WHEN SOMEONE DEMISED, ALL THEIR ASSETS WILL BE FROZEN ?????

If you think we could meet up in person that will be nice. I shall share more information about the Total Life Planning that could assist you in your personal financial planning to a perfect plan.
